Snip is operated by DROLEZ LUDOVIC. Our online reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com, who handles all payments, invoicing, and refunds for our Pro subscription.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Snip Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request one:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at contact@bweb.io with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then and will not be charged again.
