Terms of Service

Bwebio ("the Service") is operated by DROLEZ LUDOVIC ("we", "us", or the "Seller"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to shorten links that lead to:

  • Malware, phishing, or spam content
  • Illegal content under applicable law
  • Harassment, hate speech, or content that endangers minors
  • Sexually explicit content without proper age gating
  • Affiliate-spam, click-fraud, or deceptive redirects

2. Accounts

You sign in via Google. You're responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your links at any time from your dashboard.

3. Limits

Free accounts can create up to 20 active short links and at most 5 new links per minute. We may adjust limits at any time.

4. Pro subscription, billing & payments

Bwebio offers a paid "Pro" plan billed at US$1 per month, which unlocks custom short codes and a higher link quota. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by DROLEZ LUDOVIC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits. You retain ownership of the URLs you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service.

6. Availability & no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove links or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, without notice.
